As part of the 25th anniversary festivities, MSTelcom reopened the store located in Luanda. This space aims to guarantee better service to its Customers.

The inaugural event was presided over by the Executive Directors of Sonangol Osvaldo Inacio and Katia Epalanga and was attended by the Chairman Sebastiao Gaspar Martins, as well as distinguished members of the Group Executive Board.

The CEO of MSTelcom Felisberta de Jesus stressed at the time that the opening of this space represents the guarantee of better service and relationships with Customers, and at the time the CEO highlighted that this space does not invalidate sales actions to the Customer, remembering that the process sales department always lacks personalized and differentiated service.

The Executive Admistrator Osvaldo Inacio highlighted the importance of this space for meeting MSTelcom sales targets, calling for teamwork so that MSTelcom can enter the list of reference Telecom companies nationally and in Africa.

During his presence, the Chairman congratulated MSTelcom on its 25 years in the market and encouraged it to maintain the business, as well as the need to continue working to ensure satisfactory service to the Sonangol group customers and continue to make efforts to reinforce the MSTelcom brand in the market. Finally, he praised MSTelcom achievements in favor of the development of Telecommunications Technologies in the country along this trajectory, hoping that in the future MSTelcom will once again be a leader in the Telecommunications market at a local, national, regional and perhaps international level.
